Product & AI Transformation at Pactum AI · Tallinn, Estonia · she/her
I like working on complexity and I like being on the frontline. Right now that means building the internal AI operating system at a company that sells autonomous negotiation to the Fortune 500 — teaching salespeople to use Claude, arguing about MCP permissions, and migrating a handbook nobody wanted to own. Before this I was a medical student, a QA engineer, a Scrum Master, a Viking re-enactor and a tutor. I'm hyped about the crossovers between healthcare, warfare, tech and education.

Wisdom of the Ancients
- Automation is waiting on liability, not capability13 Sept 2026The technology to automate most white-collar output already exists. What's missing is insurers and courts deciding who's at fault when it's wrong.
- Before you can automate anything13 Sept 2026Most companies can't get value out of the AI tools they already have, and the reason is almost never the model.
- Three prerequisites for the AI-pocalypse13 Sept 2026Setting up ridiculously powerful systems is almost trivially simple. If only you had 3 competencies.
- Sorry, I'm an adventurer, not a UI designer12 Sept 2026A running list of the tools and links I actually reach for, because UI design is not the part of the job I'm good at.
